The polls were wrong, the pundits were wrong
According to NBC, the Associated Press, CNN, and NPR, Hillary Clinton has won the New Hampshire Democratic primary. The AP announcement (via Talking Points Memo):

Clinton stayed just a few percentage points ahead of Obama all through the vote-count reports ... but apparently it was just enough.
